Leung Siu Ming
Mr. Leung Siu Ming has been our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors since October 2, 2025. Mr. Leung has had over 27 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industries. Since September 2019, Mr. Leung has served as the director of our Operating Subsidiary, L&L Construction Company Limited. Mr. Leung has also served as a director of Sun Investment Holdings Limited from September 2024 to the date of this prospectus. From November 2016 to December 2018, Mr. Leung served as a Technical Manager of the China GEO Corporation Ltd. From September 2012 to October 2016, Mr. Leung worked as a site agent of Chun Wo Construction & Engineering Co Ltd. Mr. Leung also worked as the inspector of works of Ming Hing Waterwroks Co Ltd. from September 2011 to August 2012. Mr. Leung obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from December in 2009, and later obtained a Master in Civil Engineering in 2019. Mr. Leung is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Planning Engineers, Institution of Civil Engineers Surveying (MICES), and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We believe Mr. Leng is well-qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors given his extensive experience, relationships and contacts in the construction and civil engineering industries.

Liu Wentao
Mr. Liu Wentao has been our director since August 2025. Mr. Liu has had over 5 years of management experience. From November 2023 to the date of this prospectus, Mr. Liu has served as the production manager of the engineering department at Guangdong Hengxin Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. From March 2022 to October 2023, Mr. Liu worked as the production manager of the engineering department of Shenzhen Musk Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu was also a transportation dispatch manager of Shenzhen Dinghe Logistics Co., Ltd. from March 2020 to March 2022. Mr. Liu obtained a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from Guangdong Open University in 2025. We believe Mr. Liu is well qualified to serve as a director because of his experience in civil engineering industry and management.
